Response to Design

In the midst of this semester, there is already a story to be had – new classes, new people, new experiences to be told and with new design methods these stories can truly come to life. This new idea of creating human center design is ever changing – changing so much that we just talked about this new emerging element called activity center design in my Interface Design course. The readings Design of Every Day Things, Norman Crawford’s The Art of Interactive Design, as well as the video where Norman discussed the idea of what makes people happy with design that really is connected to their behavior, styles, and truly understand what people like.
